PLUG VALVES :: STANDARD - Size: from ½ '' to 36'' - Rating: from ANSI 150 to ANSI 2500 - Types of end connection: flanged end, buttwelding end, ring joint end; - All services and materials; - Standard and balanced inverted lubricated type. The standard type has the stem extended from the larger side of the tapered plug. This feature is provided with a bolted cover which retains the plug in case the gland is removed. The plug groove system avoids possibility of grease leakage into the line as during plug rotation each groove is isolated from the rest of lubricant system. Stem is provided with an open/close position indicator and mechanical stop. The balanced inverted type are installed where existing pulsing. The advantages of these valves are the following: - easy maintenance even after a long time in open/closed position; - should the plug and body lock together, it is possible to release by injecting lubricant through the   greaser with the valve in service; - tightness of the stem is assured by antifriction ring fitted between stem and valve body protect   against leakage through the stem. - When required the valve is equipped with double operating grease injectors suitable for lubricating   gun and sticks. Upon request we can realise multiport plug valves.
