BALL VALVES :: CRYOGENIC :: FEATURES MMVI is glad to show you its range of ball valves CRYOGENIC. - Size: from 1'' to 12'' - Rating: from ANSI 150 to ANSI 2500 - Types of end connection: flanged end, buttwelding end, ring joint end; - Materials: austenitic stainless steel; - Seating face: overlay stellite 6 or tungsten. Carbite+kel-F inserts; - Applications: Production, transport and storage of liquefied gases such as nitrogen, argon and natural   gas (down to -254 °C). All the valves are fire safe design and have a secondary metal to metal seal. Extended bonnets with sufficient length, usually specified by customer, are supplied for all valves to keep stem packing at an adequate safe distance. All cryogenic valves are completely cleaned, degreased and then assembled with care to avoid contamination. CONSTRUCTIVE VERSIONS The CRYOGENIC range can be manufactured with the following connection: - FLANGED with flanges at the two ends. - BUTTWELDING with two welding bevels made in accordance with standard and with the customer   requests. The welding bevels are equipped with centering ring for the positioning and line welding; - RTJ.
