MMVI side entry bolted construction trunnion mounted ball valves are designed to be easily reparable without the use of special purpose tools.
Valves are available in full or reduced port.
Full port valves have no restrictions.
Independent spring loaded seats are always in contact with the ball to provide an effective tight seal even at low pressure.
Anti blow out stem design permits the replacement of stem seal with the valve in fully closed position.
The stem seal integrity is achieved by the use of three seals, two o-rings and a firesafe graphite gasket.
The graphite gasket can be replaced with the valve under pressure.
Provision of an emergency sealant injection point is fitted as standard.
All valves are designed to meet the anti-static requirements of BS 5351.
