MMVI's unique sliding seat with crown gear design offers a fast and efficient way of removing the ball during maintenance. Valves are available in full or reduced port. Valve bodies are cast and internal components are manufactured from forged material. Anti blow out stem design permits the replacement of stem seal with the valve in fully closed position. The stem seal integrity is achieved with three seals, two o-rings and a firesafe graphite gasket. Anti blow out stem design permits replacement of the graphite gasket whilst the valve is under pressure. Provision for emergency sealant injection is fitted as standard. All valves are designed to meet the anti-static requirements of BS 5351.
